1:1 Personal Training

Sometimes you just need to take a step back in life and focus on what really matters. In this 7 day reset we will focus on strengthening your body physically, mentally, and spiritually. 

This reset will include daily workouts,  journal prompts, and reflection questions that will help you to refocus and start your journey off right. 

Faith-Based 7 Day Reset

The Current Drop-in class schedule is below

Mondays: 11am PST
Tuesdays: 5:30pm PST
Saturdays 10am PST

*Classes are for ALL fitness levels*

Monday & Tuesday classes are an integrated fitness 55 minute full-body workout that requires no equipment or minimal equipment for each session (i.e- a mat, dumbbell, and resistance bands)

Saturday Classes are  MSINGI™classes where we focus on functional movements, improving your strength, mobility, and endurance! The class description is below:

A unique fusion of African inspired functional, primal and mobility movements set to infectious Afrobeats. Discover 11 foundational movements that can be intensified or modified in the spirit of Earth, Wind & Fire. MSINGI™ is elemental total wellness that brings movers of any age and fitness level together. Join in!
