Drop-in WORKOUT Classes
The Current Drop-in class schedule is below
Mondays: 11am PST
Tuesdays: 5:30pm PST
Saturdays 10am PST
*all active participants will be notified of changes*
*Classes are for ALL fitness levels*
Monday & Tuesday classes are an integrated fitness 55 minute full-body workout that requires no equipment or minimal equipment for each session (i.e- a mat, dumbbell, and resistance bands)
Saturday Classes are MSINGI™classes where we focus on functional movements, improving your strength, mobility, and endurance! The class description is below:
A unique fusion of African inspired functional, primal and mobility movements set to infectious Afrobeats. Discover 11 foundational movements that can be intensified or modified in the spirit of Earth, Wind & Fire. MSINGI™ is elemental total wellness that brings movers of any age and fitness level together. Join in!
You have the option to attend all sessions or whichever works for your schedule!
